Our prices are updated automatically on our database and all our prices are correct. Of some items we do keep stock, however we can’t guarantee stock levels. By making payment you have placed an order. You have agreed to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price which is done by our quote to email system. The email you received through the website quote generation process or directly from Upon receipt of your payment a contract is formed between us. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays, industrial strike action or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Delays caused by the above-mentioned causes may be indefinite.
In order to contract with you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If we have received your payment then a contract is formed between us. Where a contract is made with a third party is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. If a third party is to be contracted with, we will advise you of their terms and conditions in writing upon receipt of your payment. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

When you make payment you have placed an order.  A contract has thus been formed between us.
(b) Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund only if we wish to change the price and you don’t accept the change.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.
(c) Payment & Accepting a Quotation
Upon acceptance of a quotation, we will require payment via EFT prior to processing your order and delivering your goods. reserves the right to withhold your order until payment has reflected in our bank account.
All products at are SABS & ISO 9001:2008 approved. Although we maintain a high manufacturing standard and will do our best to ensure quality control, it is the customers’ responsibility to check the products as they are offloaded from the vehicle.  If you received your products and upon off loading are dissatisfied with the quality that was delivered we will gladly replace it within the same lead time it was ordered according to delivery area. Any faulty goods will be collected and returned to the factory for quality control and inspection. Ensure the original packaging is not disturbed and the product unused or you will be subject to a redelivery fee of 20% of the purchase price. Cancellations due to taste, “you no longer want the product” will not be permitted so ensure that you order correctly. Orders cancelled within 1 to 3 working days upon receipt of payment, which is how we consider an order confirmed by you, will be subject to a 5% administrative penalty to cover admin costs and banking charges to make the refund to you. Orders cancelled after 5 working days will be subject to a 15% administrative penalty to cover admin, part manufacturing costs and banking charges to make the refund to you. Most products are delivered within 3 to 14 working days but only if in stock at the time of order placement. If not confirmed in writing to you prior to order placement and payment may take up to 6 weeks to deliver without explanation as to cause. Cancellation of orders after 7 working days will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee as major manufacturing, administrative and other costs have been incurred. If you have made payment you forfeit any right to posting comments on any social media platforms such as face book or hello peter, not limited to these sites, until after delivery has occurred. Posting a comment prior to delivery or the expiration of 6 weeks will mean that you will forfeit the entire purchase price (amount paid to us) as a consequence of the reputational damage suffered by the company. Following delivery comments may be posted but we reserve the right to institute legal action against you if the comment doesn’t state that delivery had in fact been received and is therefore deceptive and designed to do reputational damage. Comments posted prior to 6 weeks expiration must first be removed before further steps can be taken. Even if the comment is removed a R5000 or full order value, whichever is the lesser, will be forfeited for reputational damage sustained for the period the comment was live on the internet. After 6 weeks without delivery the client may post whatever they wish but we once more reserve our right to withhold delivery on the same terms as stated above and institute legal action as applicable. The website clearly states what areas the prices displayed include free delivery to, in the event of a payment (order) being received that is to be delivered to a city not specifically mentioned on the website or specific to a particular product (which may be different to the home or other pages), the latter superseding the former, the client may be offered courier charges that if not accepted the refund will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee or 5% if cancelled in 1 to 3 days of payment receipt. Please ensure that if your city or area is not mentioned on the site as a free delivery zone that you email your enquiry to so that a detailed quote including delivery charges can be sent to you. Don’t just make payment based on the computer generated quote to email system as it does not filter or check that your delivery details match a prescribed free delivery zone. The onus is on the customer to revisit the site before making payment to ensure his city/area is specifically mentioned on the site as a free delivery zone.

5 Year Guarantee 
The “5 Year Guarantee” ensure that products will not degrade in quality for the duration of a 5 year period. Should material evidence be provided that the product has degraded due to a manufacturing fault, at our own discretion will provide a replacement of the product. ‘Degrade’ refers entirely to faults as a result of manufacturing and does not include damage caused by weather or caused by an individual or group of individuals.
